[Bug 80265] bubble appears over the panel

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-mount

when unmounting a removable device, the information bubble appears over
the panel if it is located on the bottom of the screen. In fact, the
bubble appears partly outside the window. You can watch a screenshot of
my lower-right corner (feisty fawn) here:
