[Bug 86348] Workspace switcher does not allow for adding new workspaces

In Feisty Herd 4, Workspace switcher will not allow new workspaces to be
added through the workspace number toggle.  My configuration is using
FGLRX and pairmodes, so I am running dual head if that makes a
difference.
