[Bug 86588] missing items in control center as root

Public bug reported:

New install of daily build, feisty 7.04
Login as regular user
Enable root user # sudo passwd root
Go to control center - very cool stuff
Enable root login from the login shortcut in control panel
Log out, log in as root
Go to control panel - whole bunch of stuff missing
Try to add from menu editor, when I select something it deselects it!

I want to disable sudo on the regular users. However without the admin
tools in control center, it makes it *very* inconvenient to log in as
root and get some work done.


Otherwise, I must commend all of you for the excellent job so far, it's looking *really* good!
