[Bug 86659] Rhythmbox repeatedly displays Shoutcast title notification

This is Rhythmbox 0.9.7.90 in Feisty.

Playing Internet radio stations—such as Club 977 Hits or 80s (URL for
stations below)—show the title repeatedly throughout the playback of the
stream when Rhythmbox is minimized to the system tray.  It should behave
as it used to, only displaying the notification when a new song comes on
(e.g., the title is changed in some way through the stream).  These are
Shoutcast streams.  I have so far counted 40 such redundant
notifications, appearing at seemingly random intervals.

Screenshot clip to follow as an attachment to show the notification in
question in case of any ambiguity.
