[Bug 88517] window list → "move to workspace" should be removed

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

The window list shows, when clicked, an option to move the window to
another workspace (left, right...) or to specify the number of the
desktop.

However, if you have only two desktops (as is default in Ubuntu) showing
both options is redundant, so removing one of them would depopulate the
menu -which would be a good thing-.
