You'll need to create an account with Gnome's bugzilla, at
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/.  I'm assuming you'll be able to figure out
the rest, considering you reported this bug through Launchpad. :)

After creating a bug "upstream", you'll want to link it to this bug
report using the "Also Affects Upstream" link.
