[Bug 77959] preferred application for calendar

Public bug reported:

When you double-click a date on the gnome-panel calendar it opens
Evolution, even though the user might have a different calendar solution
installed and prefer it.

So a "calendar app" option should be added. It's needed to close this
bug:
