[Bug 78053] Smokey Blue theme is missing

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-themes

Summary says all: the Smokey Blue theme seems to have disappeared for no
reason (in Dapper it was still there).

Package version is 2.16.1.1-0ubuntu1
It left a trace, though :-) In the package decription it's still there. Now I'd rather prefer you re-include the theme in the package, but I'd at least know why it has been removed.
