[Bug 78958] cbr support

Binary package hint: evince

Evince's webpage (http://live.gnome.org/Evince/SupportedDocumentFormats)
claims that it has optional CBR support... however, the version in
Ubuntu seems not to be able to handle this format.

Is there a reason why this is the case? I'd like to be able to get rid
of Comix and use Evince to read my comics.
