[Bug 80203] double-clicking to go fullscreen

Binary package hint: totem

This is from the 2.17.5 change log:

"Make double-click on the video canvas toggle fullscreen, and middle-
click play/pause"

However, totem doesn't toggle fullscreen if I double-click the video,
neither does it toggle play/pause when I middle-click it.
