[Bug 80522] Login Window Preferences does not open [Feisty]

Public bug reported:

After opening the GNOME Control Center, click on Login Window
Preferences.  It asks for the password, and after the password is
entered the mouse spins like it's loading.  After it stops spinning,
nothing loads though.
