[Bug 80604] gnome-keyboard-properties crashes

Public bug reported:

i have the last update of ubuntu 6.10 ...

when i press a key for many second of my keyboard i have no repetition
of this key

example when i press the key "a" for 5 seconds i have a "a", not
"aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" as usually

So i will see my keyboard configuration and the gnome-keyboard-
properties crashes when i try to open it
