[Bug 80877] An account should be pre-configured to read local mail in /var/mail

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

The cron daemon sends e-mails to I guess the first configured user (or
all admins?) but no one will read them by default. The local spool
should be pre-configured as an inbox in evolution or otherwise important
information could be missed. On the other hand, a pre-configured,
translated message should be inserted by default in that folder,
explaining that there could be foreing-language system e-mail in it, and
explaining how to disable the account in case one does not want to be
annoyed by system e-mail.

** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
