Setting to wishlist status. I agree with Daniel that it probably needs a
spec. The solution will be part technical but we also need real-world
discussions with the vendors of these voices to allow us to package
them, even if it is in the commercial repositories.

IBM seem to be on the right track with open sourcing IAccessible2, now
we just need them to free some voices :)
