[Bug 88813] time displays incorrectly in gnome panal

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

If my gnome panel is shown on the right side of my laptop (vertically)
the date displays correctly, but the time is shifted to the right and
displays only partially. I.e. a 7 looks just like a short /
