Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: evolution
When printing a calendar with Italian locale, it doesn't render the page
correctly:
1) In Italian locale day numbers don't need the 'th' suffix
2) Day acronyms in mini calendar are printed in English locale
3) The gray header bar is too small to accomodate calendars properly
