[Bug 89201] Evolution shows only partially German identifiers [Ubuntu 7.04 Herd4]

Evolution shows up with most field identifiers in English although my locale is 'de_DE.UTF-8'. Exceptions are:
i.) in the lower left the buttons labelled 'E-Mail', 'Kontakte', 'Aufgaben', Kalender', 'Notizen'.
ii.) in 'Kontakte' 'Auf diesem Computer', 'Persönlich', 'Auf LDAP-Servern'.
iii.) the names of the months in the small monthly calender proper.
iv.) Menu 'Edit' > 'Preferences' opens the window 'Evolution preferences'. In this window the left-hand identifiers are fully German and the right-hand identifiers partially. Their own menus (if they exist) are all English.
v.) I confirm the reported error 23198 for my computer. My statement holds although "LC_TIME="de_DE.UTF-8" applies on it.
