[Bug 89256] no focus on location bar after opening new tab

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: epiphany-browser

when starting epiphany or opening a new tab, the focus is not in the
location bar as known by every other graphical browser (and previous
versions of peiphany itself).

This is pretty annoying and probably easy to fix ?
