[Bug 76919] volume osd displaced

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: desktop-effects

When using the volume osd for the first time after logging in (using the
shortcut keys defined as "volume mute", "volume up" and so on), the on-
screen-display is displaced.

Usually it is placed in the lower center of the screen, but the first
time it is placed slightly right of the center and at the bottom of the
screen.

Purely cosmetic, but still a bug. ;)
