[Bug 89588] Rhythmbox "skips" while playing when user "seeks" backwards in song

Steps to reproduce:

1) Pick an mp3 file and play it.  (NOTE:  I say mp3 because I have not had a chance to test other filetypes)
2) At some point in the song, seek backwards to some point. 
3) In about five seconds, the song will skip forwards about 5-10 seconds
