Darren albers said it best, that's almost exactly how it acts... i tried
to switch it but that don't help, the only thing i could figure is i had
to tinker with my video settings with aticonfig, and i haven't been able
to figure out how to fix it though, except for chaning the engine to
xine, but i prefer the gstreamer system.
