It doesn’t look like this was fixed in Feisty, nor the other problem
that I could have swore that I reported with regard to Evolution’s lack
of compliance with GNOME’s “editable menu shortcuts” option, but I can’t
find that at the moment.

I know that this might sound crazy, but little user-interface
inconsistencies like this probably shouldn’t be a “low” priority.  It is
what keeps users after the initial switch-over.  Of course, there is no
problem keeping me around, but a new end-user might get frustrated
rather easily.
