You are welcome. The changelog copy show that you install a libxfixes
package from "reggaemanu <reggaemanu at gmail.com>" which is not an
official Ubuntu package, maybe you tried to get compiz from some place
which had that package also.

Nice to read about the desktop deployment, don't hesitate to open bugs
about problems you might face ;)
