[Bug 83401] when a new group is added using addgroup, and this group is listed in a profile, all users of that profile should be added to the new group

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

In a standard ubuntu (feisty, but also edgy) installation, there is the
"fuse" group in the admin profile. This is good, however if you don't
install fuse-utils this group does not exist. When you install fuse-
utils, the group is created. If you create a new user in the admin
profile, it will get the fuse group, but previous users using the admin
profile will not be inserted in the "fuse" group. Don't know exactly how
to handle this, but it's a bug requiring manual intervention on users
and groups when there are profiles for the purpose.

** Affects: gnome-system-tools (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Wishlist

         Status: Rejected
