[Bug 90363] Impossible to shape bandwidth in Nautilus

Public bug reported:

When uploading a file to a server with Nautilus, there is no way i can
shape the bandwidth used. As I want to upload a big data and as i'm not
the only one on that connection, i can't just use 100% of the upload for
some hours.

Is there a way to get some kind of cursor to tell nautilus how much
bandwidth it can use?
