[Bug 90663] [feisty] Add xspf playlist support in rhythmbox

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

AFAIK, Rhythmbox uses totem's library for playlist parsing. Since Totem
supports XSPF playlists it will be good to have this support in
Rhythmbox.
