[Bug 90737] gstreamer-ffmpeg recommended but can't play indeo 5 video

Description of the problem:
Trying to play an indeo 5 video pops up the codec search program which recommends the gstreamer ffmpeg codec. Alas gstreamer ffmpeg can't play these types of video.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download
http://samples.mplayerhq.hu/V-codecs/IV50/girl_01.avi
2. Try and play girl_01.avi .

Expected result:
Codec installer to suggest either the pitfall plugin or to say no codec capable of playing this video was found.

Actual results:
gstreamer ffmpeg is recommended for installation (even though it is already installed).

Additional information:
Indeo 3 videos (e.g. http://samples.mplayerhq.hu/V-codecs/IV32/iv32_example.avi ) plays correctly.
