[Bug 90968] Gaim Dbus Plugin Does Not Load

Binary package hint: gaim

In Feisty the Gaim DBus plugin does not load
Steps to reproduce: Start Gaim.
Go to Tools > Plugins
Try to enable "DBus Example"
Plugin fails.

Error message reads "Gaim's D-BUS Server is not running for the reason listed below
Failed to get connection. Failed to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-cEfSOQFFwl: connection refused."

Regression: Worked fine for me on this same box in Edgy.
