[Bug 91541] source package without shutdown (feisty)

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

If you compile the newest (feisty) version of gnome-panel, there is no
"quit"  (shutdown) option from the menu.  There is only a "log out"
option.  In order to shutdown you have to first logout to the login
manager and then shutdown from there.  thanks.
