[Bug 91645] IPW3945 unable to restart after suspend

When I put my laptop, an AsusA8Fm running Ubuntu 6.10
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LaptopTestingTeam/AsusA8Fm) into suspend mode
and wake it up, the wireless driver ipw3945 is not loaded and the
interface disappears from /sys/class/net/ (originally it's called eth1).

Attempts to manually reinsert the driver with 'modprobe ipw3945' gives
the following output in the kernel log:

Attempts to remove (modprobe -r ipw3945) and reinstall (modprobe
ipw3945) the module gives the same result as above.
