I'm seeing the same with Eastern Time here. Even worse, calendar invitations I receive are off by one hour. For example a meeting that should have been from 4 to 5 PM was shown as 3 to 4 PM instead. -- Evolution displays wrong time after new dst https://launchpad.net/bugs/91637
