[Bug 92128] No option to disable tap-to-click

I installed Feisty on my new 640m Dell laptop and the tap-to-click was
ON on Synaptics. But there is no GUI option to change that anywhere!
There should be a new tab on the gnome-mouse panel and have a checkbox
about enabling/disabling the tap-to-click, because this is the No1
option people with laptops want regarding the touchpad. First the tap-
to-click (to enable or disable, depending on their preference) and
believe it or not, wheel scroll support comes second.
