[Bug 92648] no menu item for About Edubuntu

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

edubuntu-docs is now shipping with Edubuntu. There is an About Edubuntu
doc shipped but it does not show up in the System Panel.

I see in  debian/patches/01_layout.patch in gnome-panel the code for the
About Ubuntu item:

+       if (g_file_test (DATADIR"/omf/about-ubuntu/about-ubuntu-C.omf",
+                        G_FILE_TEST_IS_REGULAR))
+         panel_menu_items_append_from_desktop (menu, "ubuntu-about.desktop", NULL);
+

Would it be possible to get the same thing for an edubuntu-
about.desktop?
