[Bug 92983] Gaim Buddy List window resizes to the right on account enabled

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gaim

When Gaim 2.0.0beta6 starts and log's into a MSN account with "New Mail
Notifications" ticked in the account properties the Buddy List window
resizes to the right continually until the application is quit.

1. Select New Mail Notifications for a MSN account from the Modify Account screen.
2. Make sure a least one new mail is sitting in the MSN accounts inbox
3. Enable the account in gaim.

I narrowed it down to a problem with New Mail notifications by disabling
all the plugins I usually use.

Note to get the Buddy List window back to an appropriate size I just
edit the ~/.gaim/prefs.xml file and change the <pref name='blist'><pref
name='width' type='int' value='112'/> element back to a normal size like
112 fomr 8000 odd.
