[Bug 92987] libgstbaseutils missing

Binary package hint: libgstreamer-plugins-base0.10-0

I am currently using cvs version of this package. It was working well.
and i wanted to install the wxgtk2.8 for programming purposes then it
requires that libgstreamer-plugins-base should be the latest version
0.10.12. so i downloaded it and when trying to install it offline, since
i dont have an internet connection at home, it says it is ready to
install, and that all the dependencies were met, after trying to
install, it reports that a broken package. i didn't know what's wrong so
i check the files included in the cvs version, and it seems that
libgstbaseutils was removed and that libgstpbaseutils was the new file.
It seems that this broke all application that uses libgstreamer-plugins-
base0.10 including totem-gstreamer, banshee and many others.
