I can confirm it, too (dist-upgraded edgy -> feisty). But I can confirm
it only on my user, i.e. some residual config might be sitting in gconf
or somewhere else, I can't find it out now. It does not occur on other
user (that user was present on edgy too, but rarely used) on my machine.

Can someone else also test with a fresh user, and compare results to the
users with remaining config? Thank you

Although IMO it is a bug anyway.
