[Bug 93992] evolution quits new windows incorrectly.

Public bug reported:

I accidentally alt-f4'd evolution, which started it syncing folder. As I
hadn't wanted to quit it, I started evolution again from the
applications-office-evolution menu item, and a new window came up. I got
to use this for about 30 seconds, then when the original evolution
finished syncing *both* windows closed.
