Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome

When I logout from gnome (logout not shutdown) some services are not
stopped. See "ps axu | grep elias" below.

elias 5800 0.0 0.2 40668 3172 ? Ssl 21:42 0:00 /usr/lib/bonobo-activation/bonobo-activation-server --ac-activate --ior-output-fd=16
elias 6008 0.0 0.5 67756 9148 ? Sl 21:42 0:00 /usr/lib/evolution/evolution-data-server-1.10 --oaf-activate-iid=OAFIID:GNOME_Evolution_Dat
elias 8060 0.0 0.0 1712 472 ? Ss 22:23 0:00 /bin/sh -c /usr/bin/esd -terminate -nobeeps -as 1 -spawnfd 29
elias 8061 0.0 0.0 3316 1504 ? S 22:23 0:00 /usr/bin/esd -terminate -nobeeps -as 1 -spawnfd 29
elias 8068 0.0 0.1 4776 2188 ? S 22:23 0:00 /usr/lib/libgconf2-4/gconfd-2 14

Next time I want to log in as the same user, some services/applets are
not started up as a result. They come up, if I "killall -u elias".

Gnome disk mounter applet does not come up at all.
Keyboard indicator applet does come up, but is not showing "USA" and "Deu" as layout but "us" and "de".
ESD not being shut down, might be related to bug #49997.
