Thank god ;-)

Gnome-control-center make look good. It makes no sense whatsoever. It
combines choices that only affect the current user with system-wide
choices.

Secondly, it sort of uses spatial mode (each config opens a new window).
This is inconsistent with nautilus and the rest of the desktop. They
need breadcrumps like nautilus and use the same window.
