[Bug 94818] Workspace names are wrong

Hi

I am allways 4 workspace, with custom names. Right now in Festy I have with that problem. 
First - when I am using 3D effects, then after log out/in - all names are back to default (Desk 1, Desk 2 etc).
When I am using usual desktop - then only three desktops remembers their names. Forth is still Desk 4 and I cannot change that.
