[Bug 94992] mp3's stop playing in totem, upon moving a window [GNOME]

If i am playing an mp3 file in totem, when i move any window for more
than say 2 seconds output from totem cuts out but it keeps playing
(without being able to hear it)

i have an Audigy 2 ZS 
and an on board sound card (NVidia CK804)
