You've got broken permissions in your home dir. Also, note that trying
to hide your username didn't work and would have made it hard to help
you if it had worked. :)

Anyway... run the following command to fix your problem: sudo chown -R
jazzyrabbit:jazzyrabbit ~/.local

       Status: Unconfirmed => Rejected
