[Bug 95978] [apport] invest-applet crashed with ValueError in parse_yahoo_csv()

Binary package hint: gnome-applets

- add invest applet to Panel
- click on properties or just add a stock symbol
- However, it doesn't look like the crash is caused by the immediate user interaction because the applet crashes after about 5-10secs after having added a stock symbol.
