Just been able to reproduce this in Edgy. The preview of the screenshot
works fine, only after i press "Save" the program crashes. As a result
the screenshot is saved as it should be, except the video output area of
VLC is in bright blue.

The type of the movie (codec, extension) made no change to the
behaviour.

Bug Buddy catched the crash and left me the attached file, no further
bug reports found.
