[Bug 96668] Desktop icons: no antialiasing when moving them

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Repro:

1) Change your screen resolution to 640x480, so you'll be able to
appreciate better the defect.

2) Move one of your desktop icon. Pay attention to the antialiasing when
moving...

PS: That's happening with all the icons...
