[Bug 96774] need 1024x780 res can't use submit on install

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

Can't install. Submit buttons are off lower screen.  I didn't have this
problem with 6.7 or 6.10 versions.  Was able to get 1024 x 780
resolution with the earlier versions.  Same equipment is being used.
Everything else seems to work well.
