[Bug 96794] gaim - hide buddy icon does not stay hidden

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gaim

When you hide a buddy icon and close the conversation window the buddy
icon is not hidden the next time you open that buddy's conversation
window.

Once a buddy icon is hidden it should remain hidden until "Show buddy
icon" is set for that buddy/user.
