[Bug 94818] Re: Workspace names are wrong

After updates - situation is the same. When I use desktop effects - all my workspace names are gone after restart (only Desk 1, Desk 2 etc).
When I Disable Desktop Effects - then all names are back how I set them. Now when I again Enable Desktop Effects - then the  custom names will be until I log out (not restart - I make only log out and then back).

Also - in the Desktop Effects panel - this button is always Enable
Desktop Effects - even when I have before Enabled that. But this is
small problem and I think someone has reported about that.
