[Bug 97123] Transparency in terminal window doesn't work properly

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

In Feisty, if I choose to have the terminal window transparent, first
there is a time delay when I move it and second, it's not working
properly with different layers, meaning that even if it is covering up 3
or 4 windows, the box still shows the background.
