[Bug 97197] GDM depends on ubuntu-sounds

Binary package hint: gdm

The Ubuntu Studio project is using its own sound theme so "ubuntu-
sounds" is unneeded for us.

But because GDM is dependant on "ubuntu-sounds" we cannot use GDM
without pulling "ubuntu-sounds" as well as "ubuntu-desktop".

I feel since "ubuntu-desktop" already pulls "gdm" and "ubuntu-sounds"
the depend GDM has on "ubuntu-sounds" is unnecessary.

If we can remove this depend it will make it easier for derivatives that
work within Ubuntu to customize.
